        • Prestudy Get a brief idea of where the knowledge is gonna fit in, like a mindmap Take the brief idea of the subject in it’s essence and not the lesson so you can more easily connect things Get 3 or 4 main ideas and figure out what’s the relationship between them. Maybe try the same thing with the ideas into the main ideas
        • Delay note taking - maybe watch the video for this Don’t let you brain rest writing the notes. Let the thoughts construct, make them yours, ask questions and when you make sense of all of it, write the notes
